MedFollow never collects or stores patient information of any kind. The only personal data we hold is your account email (via Clerk) and the specialty you select.

Content on MedFollow comes from public, authoritative sources: the FDA, specialty society news feeds, and a curated list of medical journals, and is never derived from anything you or your patients tell us.

When the site hits a server error or a background job fails, a technical report is sent to an error-tracking service that MedFollow runs itself, not a third party. It contains the error message, where in our code it happened, the page path and basic server details. We configure it to leave out cookies, request contents, URL query strings, IP addresses and user details, and to remove email addresses from error messages.
